Baja Turkey Tacos | Thanksgiving Turkey Tacos Recipe | Thanksgiving All Month!
RECIPE RECIPE RECIPE

~~Baja Sauce Ingredients~~

1/2 c. Sour Cream
1/2c. Miracle Whip
1 t. Sugar
2 T chopped Cilantro
1 Fresh Squeezed Lime

~Mix in bowl.. set aside...
~~Turkey Tacos Ingredients~~

2 lbs. Thin sliced Turkey Breast
5 Lg. Flour Tortillas
1 Avocado
1 Fresh Lime
1c Kernal Corn
2 T. Cumin
1 T. Chili Powder
1 T. Granulated Garlic
1 t. Cayenne Pepper
1 t. Sugar
1 t. Dried Parsely
1/2 lb shredded Red and Green Cabbage

~Combine turkey, cumin, chili powder, garlic, salt, olive oil in a bowl and marinate for 1 hour.
~Oil pan.
~Cook Corn.. season with cayenne, sugar, dried parsely for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
~Add turkey to pan and cook throroughly 15-20 minutes or until 160 F.
~brown tortillas 3 minutes per side.

~~Assemble your Baja Turkey Tacos!!~~

~On a Tortilla, add cooked turkey.
~top with corn, cabbage, sliced avocado, and Baja Sauce.
~squeeze lime over top.. ENJOY!!
