I got rid of my brain fog with this morning routine

🌞 WHY I AM TRYING THIS NEW MORNING ROUTINE?
I am tired of waking up at 10am.
I am tired of drinking coffee just to wake me up.
I am tired of procrastinating for the first half of the day.
I am tired of caffeine crashes.
I am tired of being tired.
And this time I am actually ready to take serious measures to change how I feel. So I adopted this radically different morning routine for seven days and documented the process.
WHAT IS MY NEW MORNING ROUTINE?
⏰ Wake up at 8am or earlier.
🍵 Drink Magic Mind mental performance shot
📿 Stand on a bed of nails as long as possible
☕️ Drink coffee only once a day and make it a good one
WHAT CHANGED?
1. I eliminated my brain fog. My head does not feel heavy.
2. I wake up earlier and do not rely on coffee to feel awake.
3. I feel focused and motivated throughout the day.
4. I enjoy my coffee and drink one cup a day for the taste.
5. I have confidence in my abilities. I can do hard things.
