"Remove Water From Underwater Images" With Camera Settings

In this video I demonstrate how to create engaging imagery, both photographs and video, in the most challenging of underwater environments using camera settings available on many cameras. This video was inspired by the story Scientific American (SA) published showcasing an algorithm "that removes the water from underwater images." The SA video shows how Oceanographer Derya Akkaynak created the programming to greatly improve the details of images captured underwater. In this video I want to show that similar high quality underwater imagery results can be achieved using aggressive white balance adjustments certain cameras are capable of.
