As we reflect on the words of Jesus in today’s gospel reading, it may scare us and prevent us from serving Him. Let us probe deeper into what He means and consider three important thoughts that will make it easier for us to make decisions; for choosing between two options — serving God OR family — is not really a difficult choice. We can serve them both equally. And joyfully.
