Battlefield 1 - How to Unlock A Conflict Dog Tag

Hi, everyone!

Here is a full walk through of how to unlock the Conflict Dog Tag in bf1!
Things to note: Map is SOISSONS on Conquest. Try finding a foggy server. Password-ed servers do not work and try to avoid "Custom Servers". This can be done with more than one player, however the last person to press the final button will get the dog tag and the other person will not.
