Creamy, dreamy & full of banana goodness 🍌✨ Banana pudding made to satisfy every sweet craving 🤍

Ingredients:

1.5 cups milk (~370 g)

Ready-to-use pudding mix (1 packet)

85 g sweetened condensed milk (~1/3 cup)

(or adjust according to sweetness preference)

2 packs dairy cream/heavy cream (400 g)

~36 biscuits (I used Marie biscuits)

5-6 bananas, sliced

Directions:

In a saucepan, combine room-temperature milk and the pudding mix. Cook over medium heat until slightly thickened and bubbling around the edges. Set aside to cool for 10-15 minutes.

(Or prepare the pudding according to the instructions on the box.)

Add condensed milk to the cooled pudding mixture and whisk until well combined and creamy. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

In a separate bowl, whip the cream using an electric mixer or hand whisk until light, fluffy, and soft peaks form.

-Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until fully combined.

In a serving dish, layer the mixture, followed by biscuits and sliced bananas. Repeat the layers 3-4 times.

-Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight for best results.

- Before serving, garnish with crushed biscuits and sliced bananas. Add the garnish just before serving, as bananas may darken over time.
