Northern Cape | EFF threatens court action over Orania

The EFF in the Northern Cape says it will consider among others court action if there's no response to their memorandum of demands. The party handed a memorandum calling for the abolishment of Orania, calling it a state within a state. Orania - the self proclaimed Afrikaner volkstaat - has been operating since the early nineties.
