1. Agriculture Investments
- Now this sounds very surprising
- Because today the only things people talk about is stocks and single-family homes to rent
- But agriculture is still alive and is still profitable for the landlords

A few Example:
Farmland $1500 - $10,000 per acre depending on the area and soil quality
- Now obviously you can buy a farm and become a farmer or you can buy a farm and becoming the farmer's landlord
- And there are a lot of government incentives so you’re left likely have any missing rent payments
- In America, we grow a few popular crops like Corn, Cotton, rice, soybean, oats, and also wheat

Timberland
- Selling trees and they do not grow fast
- this is a 10-30 year operation till you get a return on your investment but 1acres of black walnut streets can sell for more than $100,000 but they grow other crops between the space of the trees to keep income coming in the meantime)

2. Laundromats
- Now laundromats are very popular in high-density areas especially like new York

- Now if you want a fully automated car wash, that’s going to be close to 500k and up at least in New York and usually come with gas stations and convenience stores

- Bonds are something you will need to learn more about has you become a more successful investor
