Lemon Cupcakes with Lemon Buttercream | Tasmy Lee

This is a very simple and quick recipe/tutorial on how to make Lemon Cupcakes & Lemon Buttercream that’s not too sweet!
This recipe makes a small batch of 6 cupcakes, so it’s perfect if you’re home alone and craving for cupcakes to eat in your room whiles watching Netflix. I gotchu

The ingredients:
- 63g Butter
- 63g Castor Sugar
- 63g Self Raising Flour
- 1/2tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2tsp Salt
- 1tbs Milk
- 1tsp Vanilla Extract
- Zest of 1 Lemon
- 1tsp Lemon Juice

Buttercream Recipe:
- 100g Butter
- 200g Icing Sugar
- 1/2 tbs milk
- 1tsp lemon juice
