Oslo Freedom Forum Welcome by Marianne Hagen, State Secretary at the Royal Norwegian Ministry

Norway sets the bar for liberal democracies. In her opening to the 2020 program, State Secretary of Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Marianne Hagen condemned violence in Belarus and Hong Kong, oppression of LGBT people in Poland, and violence against women.
