The You Rock Foundation: Matt Heafy of Trivium

Matt Heafy, singer and guitarist for Trivium, dives into the difficulties of coping with fame while being prone to panic attacks and social anxiety. He goes on to note that part of finding his balance is the catharsis of music, physical activity, and support from loved ones -- and knowing he needs these tools is half the battle.

Many people do not seek treatment in the early stages of mental illness because they do not recognize the symptoms. Screening can help.

Screening is an anonymous, free, and private way to learn about your mental health and if you are showing warning signs of a mental illness. Don’t wait to get help, take a free screening, and act Before Stage 4.
