Multi Item Sorter V4 | Hopper Speed | Minecraft Java Edition 1.16.2

A huge update to the multi-item sorter! Now hopper speed! Let's see if we can get @cubfan135's attention again!

Maintains previous features:
- silent
- compact 7x2x7 and 2-wide tileable
- sorts 64 and 16 stack items into one container
- sort up to 54 items per slice
- accepts (but won't sort) non-stackable items
- no slot reservation
- fast!
