Building a renewable generator with Mpho | Student Economic Upliftment 2022 | The Presidency ZA

Growing the South African economy and jobs was highlighted as a main priority at the State of the Nation Address (SONA) 2022. In episode three of Student Economic Upliftment series, we find out Mpho Moloko, a Mechanical and Electrical Engineering graduate from Taletso TVET College is building a renewable energy generator. His passion and interest to find solutions will be a part of South Africa's bright future!

The main priorities highlighted at the State of the Nation Address 2022 includes overcoming the COVID-19 pandemic, a massive rollout of infrastructure, a substantial increase in local production, an employment stimulus to create jobs and support livelihoods, and the rapid expansion of our energy generation capacity. To be effective, this needs to include every South African and every part of our society.
