Raw Earth
With funding from the Robert James Eidlitz Foundation, this short film by Lea Stagno is a set of carefully arranged vignettes that together, represent the current status and culture of raw earth architecture in Latin America. With a special attention given to the conflicting philosophies and applications of various techniques, this is a wonderful introduction to the complicated and fascinating world of the architects, activists and masters using raw earth techniques in the Andean Region.
