Varsha Nalin Shah is India's first Chartered accountant turned Happiness Coach. She is known as "Happiness Engineer".
In this talk she describes her life story of how she started plucking her hair and was left out with no hair soon. She gets to know that she's suffering from the disorder called "Trichotillomania". She read that most of the people who suffers from Trichotillomania never get out of this. She decided not be one among those people and to change herself. She found out all possible solutions for not pulling up her hair. She then decided to find out the code behind that disorder and ways it can be cured. She says that how the most commonly used word in English - "Okay" affected her life. She thought that it was okay to pluck the hair as it was one of the disease people suffer. Everytime you say okay, you are in your comfort zone. Everyone are coded differently and so instead of being okay everytime, be awesome!
