My message to people who are suffering from trauma

On this day, I had one of the most uncomfortable encounters with a family member who, even after 20 years of seeing my suffer and survive, projected high-levels of abuse and judgement onto me.

It was enough for me to make this video—a message sharing a brief insight into my story, but also for those who are on the path and need to hear these words. You CAN do it, and please KEEP GOING.

Trauma and overcoming it is one of the hardest (if not THE hardest) things you’ll ever do in this lifetime. I am a BIG believer that people who are courageous enough to face it, with the belief that they will overcome it, and stop at NOTHING to do so; YOU are the true heroes, and leaders in this world.
