2017 Chevy Silverado Steering Wheel Replacement | How To Take Off The Air Bag | Project Truck

This is my 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 crew cab, I just picked this up as a project truck and I am replacing the steering wheel. The steering wheel that came with the truck was peeling and the leather was worn out. This procedure requires removing the airbag, which can be a bit tricky. This should be the same procedure for 2014-2018 Silverado/Sierra and 2015-2019 Tahoe, Suburban or Yukon
