How to Touch up Car Paint Key Scratch

Part 2 of the Vandalized Hood video talks about ONE way to touch up this scratch. (People have many different ways to touch up the paint that they feel comfortable with...this is just one way I do it. It's not the only way) More time was needed to fully complete this particular process, but as this was a friends car, it needed to be returned within 24 hours.
