PUD 3 Conservation Manager Justin Holzgrove takes us on a behind-the-scenes tour of Grand Coulee Dam in Eastern Washington. He describes the hydroelectric process and details the impressive construction of the dam, as well as the many energy and non-energy benefits it provides to the region.
