Loose Hips in 3 Minutes | Trevor Bachmeyer | SmashweRx

So many hip problems and so little time, well here is the good news, the hips can be fixed.

Most of the time it’s a lack of ability in opening the hip itself as in ‘abduction’ and a weakness in full range of motion hip mechanics.
.
What you need to understand is that repetition is the mother of skill and these drills are something that you’re going to do every second day for the rest of your life and you’ll end up with some seriously awesome hips.
.
Here’s what you do.
.
1️⃣ Wide Leg Frog
- 2 minute hold
2️⃣ Foam Roll Lateral
- 3 sets of 10 reps
3️⃣ Foam Roll Hip Car
- 3 sets of 10 reps
.
And it’s that easy!
