It’s been 5 years since I uploaded this video. Didn’t imagine it would get so much traction, but after having read the comments I felt inclined to encourage all my LDR friends out there to stay the course, remain patient and faithful and hopeful, because reunions with your love can lead to such incredible futures. Just like how Us The Duo went on to get married and have a kid! I made this video for my then-boyfriend, a Swede who I had been dating for 5 years long distance (I lived in Los Angeles). In 2016 I moved to live with him permanently, we now are married with 2 kids, 2 dogs, 4 cats, 5 hens and 2 goats ;D Five years of long distance plus a 14-month immigration fiasco, but here we are now. It was worth every moment apart, every tear, every struggle. Stay strong, friends!
