1 white onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic
1-2 smoked turkey drums
2 cups chicken broth
4 tbsp butter (optional)
Seasonings (to taste):
Creole Seasoning, ranch seasoning, granulated onion and garlic, red pepper flakes, black pepper
