Arjowiggins DigiPeel HD Digital Transfer Paper

A showcase of Arjowiggins DigiPeel HD; Digital Transfer Paper digitally printed on the Ricoh ProTM C7100, then screen printed with water-based or Plastisol backing on the INO Automatic Screenprinting Line with Automatic Digital Printed Optical Registration.

The printed papers are then screen printed with water-based or Plastisol backing on the INO Automatic Screenprinting Line with Automatic Digital Printed Optical Registration.

An INO Automatic Heat Press was used to transfer the design to the shirt.

DigiPeel HD Paper is the transfer media for flexible industrial digital printing in textile: saving time, with full colors printing, full flexibility (customization, gang run printing etc.) with great washability.

INO Automatic Heat Press parameters:

Water-based
Temperature: : 130-160°C / 260-320°F
Pressure : 1.5-2.0 bars/15-30 psi

Plastisol
Temperature: : 100-130°C / 210-260°F
Pressure : 2.5-3.0 bars/35-45 psi
