Tesla vs BMW: Is Tesla 10x Better?

I compare my thoughts of leasing a Tesla Model S vs the BMW's I've driven and as well talk about why my next car after the Tesla is an ICE car and again and not another Tesla.

TLDR: BMWs are more fun to drive, Tesla is the future but too frustrating to own, still waiting for a no compromise EV from any of the car companies.
