NO SPEND | PANTRY CHALLENGE | Week 1

This is Week #1 of my NO SPEND PANTRY CHALLENGE. My goal is to feed two people by just using food from our PANTRY and FREEZER for the entire month of JANUARY! I plan on spending NO MONEY for the month! Other goals in the challenge are to use up older canning and pantry foods at or near their "best before" dates. It's my first NO SPEND PANTRY CHALLENGE so I'm just going to do my best, USE WHAT I HAVE, SHOP FROM MY PANTRY AND FREEZERS and see what happens! This week I made Carrot Pumpkin Soup, Bean and Bear Sausage Soup, Burger Corn Casserole and Peri Peri Chicken along with some other great meals!
