WBTL - SPINACH! growing eating saving

Growing spinach is really easy.
Just plant it in the fall, and you will get a spring harvest!
We use our spinach 3 ways: fruit and veggie smoothies, salads and sauteed in the frying pan!
Saving seeds is easy too - the seed don't come from the flowers, but rather, from another head that grows after the flowers. Let the plant dry and you will get hundreds of seeds from each plant.
