PMO Competency Framework: A Conversation with Lindsay Scott of House of PMO

Lindsay Scott, the founder of the House of PMO and PMO Flashmob, has just published a PMO Competency Framework. This a BIG DEAL. It's the first competency framework for PMO team members, from the leader down.

Lindsay Scott is the founder of PMO Flashmob and the PMO Conference which has recently come under the umbrella of the new professional body for PMO practitioners called the House of PMO.

Lindsay has been in the world of PPM for over two decades – first as a Project Office Manager before starting the project management recruitment business Arras People.

She’s also into writing – she’s the careers columnist for PMI’s PM Network magazine and was the editor for the Gower published book – People in Project Management. She’s also co-author of the recently published PMO Competency Framework. She’s also the co-founder of PMO Learning – the training organization focused on PMO courses.

So, Lindsay is steeped in PMOs. And that’s why I wanted to speak with her about her new PMO Competency Framework and also the House of PMO.
