The teachings of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) are based on ancient Vaishnava scriptures: Srimad-Bhagavatam (commentary on the Vedas), Srimad Bhagavad-gita (the personal teachings of Lord Krishna), and Sri Chaitanya-Charitamrta (the teachings of Lord Chaitanya). The basic tenet of these teachings is that each living entity is an eternal spirit soul and has a distinct relationship with God, Krishna.

During this COVID-19, where many were left hungry, we took the responsibility to feed them upon our shoulders and started Food For Life campaign where the devotees prepared food in the temple and offered food to Lord Krishna before feeding the hungry. Till now we have fed 3.2 crore people and we are still counting.
