Star Trek Online: Valdres Command Strike Wing Escort Phaser DEW Budget Build (50k DPS)

This build is made mostly from cheap mission rewards, but it still managed to do 50k DPS. There is room for improvement so feel free to leave a comment!
Here is the missions/items list:

-"Sunrise": The Phaser Dual Beam Banks, the Quantum Phase Torpedo and Quantum Phase Converter all come from this mission. You're gonna get sick of this mission if you want to make this build. You can also get the quantum phaser for the 3-piece ability.
-"Beyond the Nexus" Trilithium Enhanced omni-beam and Reinforced Armaments.
-"Scylla and Charybdis": The Bajor Defense Deflector and the Bajor Defense Shields
-"Midnight": Sol Defense Impulse Engines
-"Brushfire": House Martok Defensive Configuration
"Delta Flight": Polaric Modulator
-"Butterfly": Temporal Disentanglement Suite
-"Of Signs and Portents": Phaser Relays
-"House Pegh": Point Blank Shot (trait)

Other Items:
-The warp-core is crafted. If you can't craft it you can find some good ones from mission rewards.
-The other omni-beam you can buy from the exchange or craft. Unfortunately you can't have 2 omni-beams from the same set (or 2 different sets, must be 1 non-set and 1 from a set)
-The Prolonged Engagement stuff comes from the Prolonged Engagement set from the Phoenix Prize Pack. It's pretty easy to get (and it's an account unlock) but if you can't afford it you can swap the phaser for another dual or for the quantum phaser, and the console for some other mission-reward console.
-The Lorca's Custom Fire Control comes from the Discovery Reputation; if you can't afford it, slot another phaser relay in its place.
-The Mjolnir special weapon and the Valkyrie Fighters come bundled with the ship.

Bridge Officers:
-Don't use Target Weapon Subsystems, I slotted it by mistake. The best option would be Torpedo High Yield.
-Try to get some Boffs with space traits. You can get Boffs with the 'Leadership' trait for very cheap on the exchange.

Duty Officers:
-Try to get Law from the "A Fistful of Gorn" mission and replace the projectile officer with him.
