Should Powerlifters Do Cardio?

* If your only goal is to become as strong as you possibly can, then you should probably skip cardio.
* If your goals are a little broader than that, you need to figure out how to add cardio with as little disruption as possible to your training.
* In my experience, low-intensity steady-state (LISS) cardio for sessions of about 20 minutes immediately after training are the best way to do that.
* As always: make small changes to figure out how your body responds and to give yourself time to adjust.
