US President Joe Biden spoke on Afghanistan situation amid mounting criticism. This was President Biden's second address after Taliban took control in Afghanistan. Joe Biden spoke on the evacuation of American nationals from Afghanistan. Biden reiterated commitment to evacuate each and every American safely. President Biden said that the Kabul evacuation was among the 'most difficult' in history. "US was in constant contact with the Taliban to ensure civilians have safe passage to the airport," Biden said.
