Ex-UP lecturer denies claiming 'silent majority' in UP community agree with accord abrogation | ANC

Headstart: Former University of the Philippines lecturer Michael Eric Castillo denies making a categorical statement claiming that there is a 'silent majority' in the school's community who agree with the abrogation of the U.P.-DND accord. The Armed Forces of the Philippines' Civil Service Relations had quoted him on the claim on their Facebook page. He however stands by his opposition to the accord.
