In this video, we will cover the basics of sourcing edible flowers: purchasing, growing and foraging. We will talk about common sense precautions with edible flowers as well as misconceptions. Some flowers are toxic when raw, but can be consumed after cooking. Other flowers are entirely edible, from the stem to the leaf, to the blossom! Learn how to eat flowers!

Once you know which flowers are edible, and you are confident with ID, you can add them to meals for color, vibrancy, and health!
