Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 First impressions and ride

Had the chance to ride the new Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 today. What a lovely machine. Classic styling but with a modern engine.
For me it won't replace my Himalayan which is in for service so don't worry Himalayan fans, I'm not swapping. I need a bike that will do some green lanes and the Interceptor is strictly for the road, so the Himalayan is a keeper in my book.
However, if I had the spare cash then I'd buy an Interceptor and have it as my Sunday ride special bike to ride on the high days and holidays:)
