Escambia County Commission Chairman, District 2, Doug Underhill calls Satoshi Forest a Text Book Model for a homeless camp.
Mike Kimberl co-founder and director of Satoshi Forest has had an uphill battle with the Mayfair neighbors and Escambia County since buying 8 acres of land to house the homeless. This private land, purchased in the summer of 2013, is a test lab to help the homeless according to Commissioner Underhill.
