Getting a good acoustic guitar recording isn't particularly difficult. However getting a GREAT acoustic guitar recording can be tricky.

Recently I've been producing a lot of singer-songwriter projects that are very sparse arrangements - in some cases just a single guitar and vocal.

For these I've been experimenting with lots of different stereo mic placements to see which would give the best results.
