Ingredients:
Red palm oil & Rapeseed oil (Carotino healthier oil for cooking) , 2 aubergine(egg plant) , chillies, garlic
onion, scotch bonnet, sliced tomatoes, sliced onion
mackerel fillet, mackerel fish, salted cod, 3 eggs,
chestnut mushroom, 1/2 shrimp cube, 80ml water
