Farmers seize Mexico dam in protest of water payments to the U.S.
Farmers in Mexico's Chihuahua state are protesting water payments to the U.S. amid a drought. They say they've been left without enough water for their crops. Last month they seized control of La Boquilla Dam in protest. Natalie Kitroeff is a foreign correspondent for The New York Times. She joined CBSN to discuss the ongoing fight over water.
