We arrive at Elizabeth Harbour in Great Exuma and enjoy the area around Monument Hill. We get a little bit of a surprise at Chat & Chill and have a very upsetting evening at Crab Cay/Redshanks.

Walnut Fudge Recipe in Video
Ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup peanut or almond butter 
1/2 cup cocoa powder 
1/2 cup pure maple syrup 
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup raw walnuts, roughly chopped

Directions:
1. With electric beaters or manually, beat together the coconut oil and almond butter.
2. Sift in the cocoa powder and beat again until combined.
3. Pour in the maple syrup and vanilla, and beat until smooth.
4. Stir in the walnuts.
5. Line a pan with a piece of parchment paper. Scoop the chocolate mixture into the pan and spread out until even. Can add a few chopped walnuts on top.
6. Freeze for about 1 hour, or until solid. Slice into small squares. Enjoy!!
