The Problem with Giselle's Costumes in Enchanted...

Giselle's dress reveal in Enchanted had so much potential, but for most people it was a huge disappointment. The ballgown was less princess and more 2000s prom which was probably not the vibe Disney was going for. Rather than reading as mature and confident, the was boring and a little bit dull. It did not capture Giselle's character and felt out of place. In this video I break down why I think this dress was such a failure and fell flat for so many of us.
