Every great chair starts with a solid seat. In this video, I’m marking and carving a chair seat by hand — shaping comfort and form from a single piece of wood. I’m using an @ArbortechWoodworking carving tool to rough out the shape before refining it by hand. Each line and curve matters when you’re building handcrafted furniture meant to last generations.
