🤦♂️ I forgot to add the deglaze with wine bit…
Heat some Olive Oil
Add 2 to 3 leaks…
2 cloves Garlic. Pop a lid on and sweat
20 cl of white wine - deglaze the leeks
Half a liter / 1 pint of chicken stock.
Half a litre of hot water
Add 4-5 potatoes, simmer for 30mins
Add 3 cups of frozen peas 400 g
Boil for 4mins
Coconut cream & blend
touch of lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
