You've built a great product or a killer new feature, but now what? How do you ensure a successful launch?
Fawn went go over common strategies with launching a new product or feature and discussed her own experience launching Sesame Street Go, Amazon English, and now new features at Spotify. She shared her insight on the skills needed to be a good Product Manager and the best strategies needed for a Product Manager to launch a successful product or feature.
Fawn Qiu is currently a Product Manager at Spotify and prior to that she worked as a Product Manager at Amazon. She started her product management career at Sesame Workshop, the company behind the TV show Sesame Street. She studied finance at the University of Pennsylvania and also holds a Master's Degree in Education from Harvard University.
