How to repair Lcd monitor samsung syncmaster 226bw

My name is David Cook,,, this is a how to video on how to repair a Samsung lcd monitor syncmaster 226bw .However this repair info could be used on many other brands and sized monitors. I have seen many posts about people having a screen flickering problem with these monitors and I personally own one and mine started flickering and finally just wouldnt come on so I decided to make a how to video on repairing the unit. after repairing mine and doing a little diagnostic work I found these monitors have either capacitor issues or backlight . the backlight is more expensive to repair then just purchasing a new one. the capacitor issue is usually around $ .80 to $1.90 to repair.
