Wiz Co. Ltd 2007 “Rock Tamashii” Air Guitar Pick - Style 2 “Satisfaction” and “Highway Star”

Anyway. In 2007, there was a sudden interest in air guitar related products in Japan. You might’ve seen these on commercials back then, or even had one. These did sell in the US under the name “Guitar Idol” and they had some of the songs from the original setlist, but they used different song covers and styles for them. In the US, there were 3 picks. There was a fourth one planned for release, but was scrapped. Either that, or it is just extremely hard to find. It was featured on the back of the box with the songs being “Free Ride” and “Suffragette City” but I recently discovered that there was a second version that had the songs “Welcome To The Jungle” and “My First Kiss” (The songs on the fith Rock Tamashii style.) In Japan, these were a bit more popular, featuring 8 different styles instead of 4. All of the songs on these are covers, and they even did a crossover with a Japanese children’s TV show at some point. They featured 4 of the characters from the show on the first 4 picks. None of the songs were changed from the original series. The songs on the toy are also listed on the designs as well.
