Murukku - Murukku Recipe In Malayalam | How To Make Murukku In Malayalam || രുചിയൂറും അരി മുറുക്ക്
How to make rice floor instant murukku at home
Ingredients required to make murukku
Rice floor 4 glasses ;
Roasted channa dal floor 1 glass;
chilli powder to the taste;
salt to the taste;
sesame blk seed 2-3 tps;
zeera 2-3 tps;
oil.. to fry ;
making process of murukku :
* Take 4 glass of rice floor and one glass of roasted chena dal powder in big mixing plate ;
* add chilli powder, zeera, sesame seeds to it and mix well all ;
*keep a kadai on stove and allow oil to get heat:
*once oil heated take two to three big cup of oil and add to the above floor mix and once again mix all this well..
*then sprinkle little water and make all the mix wet, take a small portion and make it into a dough consistency;
* then shift it in the muruku pressing mould and as our oil is already hot, start pressing the muruku into it ;
* finely fry it until you feel it's crispy and turn to golden brown
suggestions /notifications
*proportion is 4:1 should mandatorily follow;
*adding hot oil to the mixed floor is mandatory, it's gives the crispyness and long lost the same ;
*u can store it in air tight container and can be stored for about a week to ten days ;
