How To Make Rose Hip Jam / Jelly

My FAVOURITE jam recipe. It tastes like Turkish Delight :-)

1kg rosehips
1kg apples
about 800g granulated sugar

For this batch I used 650mL of the reship juice and 650mL of the apple juice = 1300mL juice
500g for every 600mL of juice = 1083g sugar
