Goodbye face wrinkles! Hello fresh, beautiful, younger looking skin! Here are 8 yoga exercises for face wrinkles to help anti-aging and give you longer lasting youth!

Neck rotations - look side-to-side 10 times, slow and gentle. This exercise helps firms your neck and relieves nerves within the neck and spine

Neck lengthening - just like above except tilt your head up and down. Do this about 10 times each way to help lengthen the neck and strengthen the jaw line. This facial exercise also helps relieve stress.

Lion’s breath - Inhale through your nose, then open your mouth big and wide, stick your tongue out and exhale (making a HAAA sound). This facial exercise increase circulation around the mouth to help remove wrinkles. This breath also helps reduce sinus pain ;)

Cheek swish - stimulate your cheeks by filling them up with air and swishing that air around for 30 seconds. By moving the cheeks and area around the mouth you are promoting fresh oxygen to enter, which lends to a younger looking face.

Chin-ups (facial addition) - take your gaze up stretching your neck. Pout and release your lips 20 times. This strengthens and tones the muscles in your neck

Forehead pull - using both hands start in the middle of your forehead and then gently press down and pull your fingers outwardly across your forehead. This creates movement and invites fresh blood to flow in.

Tap tap - using the first 3 fingers on each hand tap your face. Tap repeatedly the areas around your eye, forehead and mouth. This is a staple anti-aging practice to stimulate the muscles in your face and remove unwanted wrinkles. Tap for 30 seconds

T bone drag - drag your fingers from your inner eyebrow down along your nose, under your eye and out to your temples. This facial exercise method drains the lymphatic system and removes under eye bags.
