ProgDay 2024 - A Stage Manager's Diary

A bit of a break in our usual programming ! This past weekend I traveled to Chapel Hill, NC and worked the 29th annual 'ProgDay' festival ! It's a yearly event every Labor Day weekend, featuring 8 bands that push the definition of 'progressive rock.' The following video is my 'stage manager's diary,' featuring clips of all 8 performing bands as well as a peak behind some of the challenges of pulling off a fest like this.

The 8 bands discussed are Sons of Ra, Jack o' the Clock, Janel Anthony and Mike Kuhl, Jane Getter Premonition, Birdsongs of the Mesozoic, PAKT, Squeaky Feet, and Yang.
