Harvesting green onion in North Russia. Summer ASMR

In Russia there is a particular time when we have a lot of leafy greens and green onion... And nothing else! It's to early for fruits and veggies yet.
So we have to be pretty tricky to find a ways to eat all these green gold!
I showed the part of my morning routine for cooking breakfast. Rolled bread is very simple and easy to make.
This rolled bread calls qutab. I cook it briefly on a tieeny-tiny Azerbaijani saj.
